Account Deletion

Aurora — AI Companion

You can request deletion of your Aurora account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to have the app installed to make a request.

Option 1 — delete in the app

1. Open Aurora and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — request by email

1. Write to enzov.phuket@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Aurora account".
2. Send the request from the email address you used to sign in (Google), or include your VK / guest profile details so we can locate your account.

What is deleted

Your profile, conversation history, generated media, preferences, coin balance and subscription links are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. Purchase and transaction records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations). Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked to you are not affected.
